Namer Enterprises Limited was founded in 2017 by Vlad Nemirovsky. No signs of business activity were detected until September 2022. A few months after officially becoming Motti Gruzman’s business partner, in September 2022, Nemirovsky transferred control of Namer Enterprises to Chaim Gruzman, Motti’s brother. Chaim is a Belgian citizen and a UK resident. Between 2023 and 2024, the company acquired six income-generating properties in various cities across England.

In March 2024, Nemirovsky established BNG INVEST LTD, a company where, in addition to himself and Chaim Gruzman (responsible for the "N" and "G" in the company's name), Natalia Barschevskaya ("B") also became a partner.
Natalia Barschevskaya, a well-known attorney who divides her time between London and Moscow, is not just a successful lawyer. She is also the daughter of senior Russian government official Mikhail Barschevsky. About 15 years ago, Natalia was married to Lev Khasis, the former Vice President of Sberbank, Russia's largest state-owned bank. Khasis resigned from his position just two days before Russia's invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 — an extraordinary display of foresight (or perhaps a sign of his close ties to the Kremlin). Beyond her personal financial resources, Natalia’s extensive network provides access to significant capital sources in Russia.
One wonders if Attorney Barschevskaya is aware of the “success stories” of past Russian investors who poured millions into the previous Nemirovsky-Gruzman venture—only to seemingly lose their money?
Pictured: screenshots from correspondence with one of Nemirovsky's investors (below is the translation from Russian):
Investor: Does this mean that Vlad [Nemirovski] is no longer involved? And the whole struggle will be only against Motti [Grusman]?
Board Representative: Not just. Also against Vlad.
Investor: I would like him to be held accountable for exploiting our trust.
Board Representative: For that, we need to delve into the story.

Additionally, Nemirovsky, along with Chaim Gruzman, established other companies: HAINTON HOUSE LTD & WESTBURY HOUSE. Through these companies, they acquired several properties in small towns in England. Gruzman handles the loans from banks in England, while Nemirovsky brings in money from investors in Russia. In return, Nemirovsky receives 19% in the companies holding the acquired properties.
At the beginning of the year, Nemirovsky established TAURUS INVESTMENTS HOLDINGS (EUROPE) LTD on his own. It seems that this company will serve as the holding company for all of Nemirovsky’s properties.
