According to information received by the Excelion Victims Board, Motti Gruzman left the country in February. Border Police records show that he did not exit Israel using either his Israeli "darkon" or his Belgian passport. This means that Gruzman smuggled himself out of the country by using someone else’s passport.
What is confirmed is that Motti Gruzman met with representatives of buyers in Leukerbad, Switzerland. On April 2 and April 20, he held meetings with buyers, trying to persuade them to appoint him as the PPE (condominium) administrator for the Hubel project.
Owners of 24 units refused to appoint him.
Gruzman told the buyers that he had moved from Israel to Zurich, apparently alone, without his wife, Deborah, and their children.
Excelion Victims Board is actively working to locate Motti Gruzman’s current address, as well as the whereabouts of his wife, Deborah, who is the official owner of the Hubel and Tel projects in Leukerbad.
A police complaint has been filed regarding Gruzman’s escape from Israel by illegally crossing the border, in violation of two court orders prohibiting his departure.
Anyone who can assist us in locating Gruzman’s address, or the location of his wife Debby, will be greatly appreciated.
Not long ago, through our collective efforts, we successfully located the address of Vlad Nemirovsky, Gruzman's former business partner — and still responsible for many debts. He lives in Vienna, Austria.
